The MyAccount app helps you manage your mobile services in the Telekom network directly from your smartphone. You have quick access to information about your mobile costs and services, 24/7, from wherever you are.

All customers who have mobile subscription contracts with Telekom for services in the Telekom network can use the app.

Pay your bill more easily
The fastest way to pay your bill is with your card in the app. You can save your card details, so that next time you can pay your bill even easier. Payments are made in complete safety, thanks to the 3D Secure system.

In addition, you have access to your bill history from the last 6 months and you can download your bill to your phone.

Extend your subscription
Resolve quickly from MyAccount, without having to go to the city. Everything is at your fingertips, as they say. You can also check how many months you have left in your contract period from the app.

Activate your electronic invoice
